Pro Plus Fizz Hydration is formulated with a blend of essential minerals and added caffeine. Each tablet dissolves easily in water to create a refreshing tropical flavoured hydration drink, offering more than water alone.
Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium contribute to normal muscle function; in addition, Magnesium and Potassium contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Each tablet also provides 75mg of caffeine to increase alertness and maintain concentration, making it a convenient on-the-go option when you want hydration with an added lift.

For adults and children aged 16 and over. Not recommended children under 16 years old.
Dissolve one tablet in 500ml of water, once per day.
