If you change your mind, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 14 days without giving a reason. However, products must be returned unused in their original condition and we will not cover your costs in returning the goods to us. Postage for returning goods is therefore your responsibility.
If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us in their original packaging which clearly shows the batch number and expiry date and we will replace them, or refund the cost of the goods and carriage.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
Please allow 10 working days for your account to be credited. This is due to the process of refunding and not any delay on our part.
