Stressed out about your coursework?

It seems like the deadlines are never ending and that as soon as you hand in one assignment, another one appears to replace it.

There's no doubt that the pressures of studying and exams can make life feel very stressful. In a survey carried out by Ipsos MORI for the UNITE group (the Student Living Report 2006) more than half of the university students who responded (56 per cent) said that they were more stressed than they were before they started university.1

One in ten students said that they thought the worst aspect of university life was that
the academic work was very difficult and added that the main reasons for considering
or actually dropping out of university were that the course wasn't what they expected (42 per cent) or that it was just too difficult (21 per cent),

So the pressure is on to study hard, achieve great results, work, stay out of too much debt and enjoy a social life at the same time. How can you manage this without driving yourself mad?

There are only so many hours in the day, and sometimes you'll have to prioritise your studying over your social life and a job, if you've got one. You need a good balance, but when there's an exam looming or you have to get an assignment in by the end of the week, it can feel almost impossible, and the familiar fuzzy head you get with tiredness starts to kick in. You could try taking a medicine like PRO PLUS® to see whether that will relieve your tiredness and sharpen your mind to help you concentrate on your work.
