Remember to try to factor in a bit of relaxation too. If all you seem to be doing is chasing your tail to get coursework finished, on top of a job and the usual distractions, it's not going to be long before your body starts to protest and your mind will refuse to take in anything new.
Relax by doing something completely different - maybe going for a long walk, listening to a relaxation CD or MP3, or if you really want to go the whole hog you could find a yoga or meditation class. Some people find going to the gym relaxing but don't let that become another source of stress in itself, it's only good if you are going because your genuinely enjoy it and it helps. Sometimes a good stomp on a treadmill or a swim really does help to clear your mind.
Whatever you choose, try and do it regularly and build some 'you time' into your week. Then you'll feel more refreshed and able to take on the challenges of even more coursework or assignments!
